Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging trenches, carrying materials, and operating hand and power tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines.
Experience:
- Need 2
years of construction experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus.
- Familiarity with common construction tools and equipment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
